I’ve ate at this restaurant before and the food was good so I went back. I went today and NO ONE showed up to take my order. I stood for almost 10 minutes. The door chimed so I know they heard me come in. I even yelled “hello anyone there” and nothing. Never saw a person. Terrible service!! I could have went around the counter and made my own sandwich, no one would even know.

One of the worst subs I’ve had from WhichWich. Really disappointed. Won’t be coming back to this location. Subs were messy and tasted old. Lettuce was definitely old. The meat and cheese tasted like it’d been sitting out all day. Gross.

This was by far the most expensive sandwich place I have ever been too. And to make it worse they served my wife spoiled turkey. She got partway though the sandwich and couldnt eat it any more because it tasted sour. We brought it up to the blue haired girl behind the counter who check it and laugh “oh ya it expired today. Tehe.” She literally laughed about it. They didnt offer a refund or a replacement nothing. The guy working there looked like he was the only one who was upset about it and offered an apology as we were walking out the door. Obviously we are not going back there ever again. How many people had they served spoiled turkey to and how many of them got sick because of their blatant negligence?

My co worker bought me sandwiches several times and I love it. This is the first time I order myself, the reason i give only 1 star because I ordered at 12:02 and I got my order at 12:55. Opened near my office and went for a while after they launched. Was always very pleased with the high quality sandwiches and the amount you get for your money. After a while my co-workers and I noticed that the sandwiches started to get smaller and wouldn’t fill us up like they had in the past. I’m my opinion, the size they are now isn’t worth what they charge. If they went back to the size they were when they first opened I would consider going back, but until then we’ll eat elsewhere.

Toasted sandwich was a little warm, but cold on the inside. The sauce was all over the outside of the sandwich and it looked like they just threw everything on it and wrapped it up in paper. Guy at the counter barely even looked up while serving me. I expect more from a $9 sandwich.
