It’s incredible the level of rudeness the cashiers have! We get that you probably had a long day, or whatever is happening in their personal lives, but customer service should be a priority. Subs are always great,but poor customer services! They literally charge 1.00 for extra shredded cheese and charge for refills. Everyone stands around doing nothing. Manager hides in the back knowing his lines are busy. The fronts a complete mess because the cook can’t just cook on the grill. They can’t even give you proper straws for the lemonade but yet want to charge 1.00 more for refills. Trash all on the counters. When I asked for the managers name they gave me the run around. Never again!!! It’s more worth driving to the restaurant at the Forum.

I’ve been coming to this place for a few years. It started out exceptional, but the past few years, things have been falling short. Customer service is nonexistent. Employees seem to want to rush everyone through the line, as if they had better things to do. Myself, never had to specific way of ordering my sandwich, but it seems as if they want to give everyone the exact same thing( no custom orders). Since I began coming, I’ve seen employees come and go, and things went on, but these new employees do not take the extra effort to make a customer happy. I could not even get a tray to carry 4 sandwiches, 4 drinks and fries to my table. Good luck in the future to this franchise. This coming from a person who has visited another location in Austin Texas. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

The grill area is always disgusting! I cannot believe how bad this place makes the brand look. Management needs to be on duty at all times. The employees don’t seem to be doing a decent job at all. Upper management needs to view this location. I’ll take pictures of the disgusting grill next time.
