We are a Gourmet Food Truck on the Emerald Coast of Florida specializing in high-end Wagyu burgers and chicken sandwiches. Everything is made to order and fresh! We have SIX specialty burgers with six handcrafted sauces. Our patties are hand pressed fresh every day. Our meat is always fresh, never frozen and locally sourced from a Pensacola butcher shop. Our special sauces are made from scratch on the truck daily.

Hands down, the best burgers in town. From the variety of menu items to the Burger of the Month, Sauce Boss is unmatched. All food is fresh and presented well. The staff is super friendly, fun and knowledgeable. Located just outside of The Handlebar, there’s plenty of seating and easy access to The Handlebar. Don’t forget to try their sauce flight!

Do you like meats, bread and sauces…. well don’t walk but run to Sauce Boss and try all of their amazing food. The staff are so welcoming with smiles that light up any bad day. I can’t get enough of their burgers. And don’t get me started on those sauces. You have to get the flight and try them with those awesome fries. But fear not my non meat eating friends they also have items on their menu for you! I hope you are running while reading this cause why are you not there already?!?! Open 7 days a week why else would you not eat here!

I absolutely loved their BOSS burger! My husband got the Humpty Dumpy and loved it as well! You will need TONS of napkins because they’re soooo deliciously juicy. The staff was super attentive and friendly. I highly recommend giving them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

My experiences at the Sauce Boss have always been A1! the burgers are always fresh and tasty. Nothing like a great burger with a medium egg on top . Their creative menu has plenty of options so there’s a burger choice for every personality type out there. The fries are always hot/crispy and their homemade sauces make for great dipping. To top it off, they’re located right outside the Handlebar so I always have a cold beer with my order. If you’re every driving through Navarre, try their other location in The Eatery, you will not be disappointed! The owners are wonderful people and always treat you like family, the love put into this food truck is apparent with every bite. I’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Always love to see good accommodation for vegetarian/vegan food!! The veggie patty is really good and filling, it’s a nice change of pace from impossible patty or a frozen black bean burger. They get the produce from Baileys and make it fresh every week which is super impressive. I also loved the sauce flight! It was so much fun having a bunch of different sauces to choose from. The fries are also amazing and they use a flakier salt on them and I love it!

The Humpty Dumpty is my fav burger! So delicious with the fried egg on top, and ingredients from the patty to the pickles taste high quality. Their sauces set it off and the sweet potato waffle fries are some of the best I’ve had. I’ll start off by saying this is hands down the best burger in Pensacola. The staff were friendly and prompt with our food. The Boss Burger was juicy and delicious with the perfect amount of Sauce. I wish I would’ve taken photos before I demolished the entire thing. You can tell the people running this truck care about who’s preparing the food and the quality of ingredients. This food is absolutely worth the money. Every. single. dime. We will be back for another beer from the Handlebar with another delicious Sauce Boss burger. I would love to eat our way through the menu. Do yourself a favor and try this must have spot in Pensacola.
