I was highly disappointed with the sushi. While the flavor was good, the spicy Mayo drenched the rolls and the rolls were falling apart by the time I received it. I have loved FUSIAN since I first tried their food in high school, but this meal was just shocking. I will not be eating here again.

So I’ve been coming here again for like 3-4 weeks. I just moved back to the area and have been visiting this location 1-2 times a week. Darius is super personable and fun to talk to and cares about the quality of the food he’s preparing. I used to only enjoy coming to eat here for the veggie selection and food but now I find myself excited to see familiar faces and positive energy.

I really like Fusian, but my order from this location consisted of: 1) rolls (more like strings of semicircles) falling apart, 2) salmon that tasted old (I couldn’t finish it), and 3) missing ingredients (I ordered two speciality rolls). Giving a 3 instead of a 2 as a benefit of the doubt.
