A great place for a steak dinner! 4.5/5 stars tbh.

A bit slow on the service and green on some of the support staff, but great overall experience. Steak was excellent, drinks top notch. Amazing level in a surprising but logical location. Update 5/27/23 – service still very-very slow, especially on drinks. The food was slow to come out but even the slow appetizers were quicker than the drinks, which took about 20 minutes. Not the fault of the wait staff but they definitely need to hire a new bartender or hire 2 more if the bat is that slow, there’s enough room for at least 4 bartenders. Also, understandably, at least a quarter to a third of the guests are IG / TikTok / other social media purpose guests, so the quality/variety of the food isn’t the purpose of visiting, but perhaps some seasonal changes to the menu would be welcomed.

This is really an upscale spot but tragically the service & food is subpar. Saw my friend the manager from Hyatt recommended the happy hour Monday- Thursday 3-5 pm. Was looking forward to the roof bar & views of LaGuardia planes ✈️ taking off. The views & ambiance are 7 stars but everything else is 1 star. I enjoyed the $8 Cabernet but disappointed by the $8 meatball, skimpy 3 pieces, & $8 burger slider. The meatball & slider is on happy hour menu but no different in price from regular menu. Happy hour? I have had better for $5 sliders in Manhattan. And the meatballs are not even worth $3. This is Flushing right? Why do I get the feeling it’s another Times Square tourist trap . I would like to come back with my dad to try out the steak. See why they can charge more than P. Lugers. We walked in here and did NOT felt welcomed. The bar service was as bad as it gets. Ordered 2 glasses of house white, after waiting 10 minutes for a drink. They got it wrong and gave us house RED. Then the food took 30 minutes to come out. These are appetizers not steak. BTW, it’s Wednesday 3 pm and only 25% capacity. I love flushing but management here really needs to step up their A game.

My honest opinion. The food was good but not worth the price. The ambiance was nice, not too crowded…on a Wednesday night…you can hear other’s conversations but not overwhelmed. The view was nice, seeing planes take off from LA Guardia airport, which I liked but the weather wasn’t at its best. It’s a cool place just to sit around sunset and have a drink for sure. The service received from Ainss was a pleasure, other staff was greeted well too. Overall, it’s a good once in a while experience. I will definitely go back again for drinks and photos.

Came here on a Tuesday night with a reservation, and got seated immediately. It was slightly hard finding the entrance as you need to take an elevator from the hotel. We ordered two cocktails, both of which were super sweet and tasted like juice. For appetizers, we got the bone marrow and tuna tartar. The bone marrow was delicious with the toasted bread, and I’d pass on the tuna tar tar as it lacked flavor. For the entree, we got the porterhouse for two. Although it was cooked perfectly to medium rare, it wasn’t as tender as I expected and lacked flavor. It needed way more salt and no sauce on the side to dip it in (like Peter Lugers). Overall, it is overpriced for a steak house, but the only one in Flushing. I’d come back for their happy hour once the rooftop is opened, but not for the food. 3.7/5

I do like the restaurant given its atmosphere, as well as the rooftop scenery and presentation. They do have a fine menu of entrées and appetizers and drinks. The wine, Magarita, mojito were good, although I will suggest a bigger glass for a Magarita, it would be more better. Ratings for appetizers, Garlic fried rice was the number one, very flavorful and it has bacon on it which is good. Sliders were good, love the meat quality on the burgers. The chicken fingers were the worse, tough texture and very flavorless for the price, it’s not worth $12. Their signature sauce is very bland, flavorless, their siracha hot sauce should be their signature sauce. Don’t get the chicken fingers! Kale and salmon salad is a good choice to be healthy and full. Overall I do like the restaurant and will come back for the steak, if the burgers are good, I will try the steak for the meat quality.

had the best time at this rooftop bar/ restaurant! Caesar @ the bar was so attentive and really cared about making my drink presentable for my instagram pictures! They were even better than they looked! Truly talented in crafting cocktails and proving great customer service! I would give them 10 stars if i could!!

This restaurant fell short on so many levels. First, I’ll start with the pros. Parking is complimentary when you inquire with the hotel valet upon arrival. The ambience is lovely. Our waiter was very nice. That’s all.

The customer service is top notch! So let’s start there. The hostess was very nice and courteous. I ordered the NY strip, Mac n cheese and creamed spinach. The second I bit into the steak I was extremely happy with the flavor and the cook! The Mac and spinach were ok but nothing to gawk about. Overall, I am still happy with the food and the service. 10/10 recommend!

If I were a prisoner, small child, or was otherwise not allowed near sharp objects, and I had ordered medium-well steak then this would have been an excellent experience.
