So after waiting for 20 minutes after order was placed I sent my bf in to see how much longer and this guy said 15-20 due to short staff but then a girl comes in (in the picture) they hug and start grabbing for 10 minutes. Then I waited another 30 minutes for my food which hadn’t been put in the oven till 15 minutes after I sent my bf inside. Then to top it all off I asked for pepperoni on half and as you can see had to pick some off on almost all of the supposed to be just cheese side. Then my food sat for another 2 minutes before they got it to me knowing I was waiting for it. And the quality of the food is just terrible and they didn’t even apologize

Ordered a 10 piece boneless chicken and half of the “pieces” were cut in half to hit that 10 amount and caused the inside of the chicken to dry out. Would not order again.

Customer service is terrible and they get upset with you when you call because your order isn’t right , then when you say something rude back they want to threaten to ban you. If you give respect you’ll get respect. If you make orders right then there wouldn’t be any complaints, This place used to be good!

Use to be one of the best dominos in the area, but past few orders have been made wrong. Just got my order and my pizza was suppose to be square cut, but to my surprise it was barley cut at all. My cinnamon twists came with no icing, even though I added extra. Also they always forget the silverware for the pasta. Delivery driver was excellent though! Definitely knew how to follow instructions.

When I arrived there was an issue with my order, one of the pizzas had not been made. The manager on duty(I did not get his name; white male with a beard) was very apologetic, took care of my cost and fixed the issue super fast. I definitely appreciate his diligence to his job and will recommend this branch to anyone. Villa road, Springfield Ohio; 1/25/2020 @ 6:05pm.

Last couple experiences have been very bad. This location was hands down the best one around. They have went down hill very rapidly. The last order I placed had three pasta bowls. Two of the pasta bowls had maybe 1/3 of the bowl filled One was made perfectly and what we usually receive from them. The other two were terrible. They even included a stack of 4 pans with the one. Very disappointed in the quality and accuracy of my order. Unsure what has happened recently to cause this but hopefully they get it worked out.

Customer service is very essential; and, I received the greatest amount of positive customer service as well as enjoyed a delicious pizza. It had been sometime since I last ordered a pizza for delivery. Domino’s on Villa Road certainly deserves praiseworthy remarks!
