I normally haven’t had issues but today I got a large iced chai tea latte.. and it should just be the chai tea syrup and milk but they put espresso in it. This made it a dirty chai and most people wouldn’t care but it wasn’t what I asked for and it is something that I absolutely hate. The female making the drink as well had to ask the gentleman how many pumps of chai were in the drink and when told 4 and then just milk still proceeded to put in espresso.

Trying to figure out how two drinks ordered exactly the same could turn out so different. The lighter coffee taste like water with a hint of coffee and the darker one tastes like a straight coffee bean neither good by any means. Absolutely ridiculous.

I stopped in at this newer Dunkin. It is a good addition to the choices of coffee and fast bites to eat in Celina. Their menu includes hot and iced coffee, breakfast sandwiches, donuts, bagels, and muffins. They also have a good variety of different donuts in their glass case. They have about 8 different flavors of coffee to choose from. I liked the menu of breakfast and lunch items. The snacking bacon is a great idea, but the order that I got here, did not even fill half of the small envelope that it came in (see photo), other Dunkin’s that I have been to, have filled the bag.

I tried making an order for 2 dozen donuts for my daughters class for her birthday yesterday. I called 3 times, couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone and the voicemail had no been set up yet. I drive to the store and there is two employees SITTING on the counter and not a single customer. When I said I had tried calling multiple times, they told me “the music must of been turned up to loud to hear the phone ringing.” I proceed to place my order to be picked up at 7:55 this morning. Gave my name and phone number with the order. When we get there to pick up the donuts, the employee was talking on her personal cellphone, after her phone call I tell her the name on the order, she had no idea about any order at all. And then proceeded to walk to the back of the store and then returned talking on her cellphone. We ended up having to pick donuts from the display and didn’t get out of the store until 8:22. So my child was late for school, and didn’t even get the correct order. They are in desperate of some serious management and I hope they get it together soon.

This place used to be so great when it first opened. I have been through the drive thru at least 3x but I don’t think I’ll be coming back after what happened on my last trip unless it gets better. I tried to order my daughter a chocolate milk on ice with whipped cream (I forget the name. But it is a kid friendly drink. They’re able to make it) but the person taking our order said she wasn’t able to make it for some reason. We decided to get 2 iced chocolates instead and a hot chocolate. When we pulled forward we kept waiting for someone to come to the window to take our payment and to receive our order. We waited at least 10 minutes (which would’ve been fine if it had been busy but they weren’t). My mom hollered hello through the window and not a single person responded. There were 2 employees standing around the front counter just chatting away to each other. We waited a bit longer but then decided to leave. After reading many reviews people have apparently waited at least an hour in the drive thru compared to my 10-15 minutes. I don’t think they have any management there during the day. I hope it gets better. I love Dunkin.

This place should be called dunkin and that’s all there is hardly any donuts ever. And the coffee is always either super watery or way too much coffee and no other flavor with it. It’s really a shame lots of people were excited when this place opened but my family will be sticking to biggby!
