We ordered delivery today. This is the first time I’ve ordered from this location and I’ve eaten at a ton of Jimmy Johns in the past. This was the best sandwich I’ve ever had from Jimmy Johns! The bread and the toppings were fresh and really good and it was a fast delivery! Good job guys!

Today was the last straw for my husband with this place. We LOVE JJs and I request it often. He popped in today, his one day off, and clearly stated no veggies on his sandwich. They finished our order, placed it up top, and my husband grabs in all to realize it’s alot to hold loosely and asks for a box. No response, everybody has ear pods in listening to music. He leans in and repeats himself loudly within a few feet of the employs and again no response. He leans in and grabs it himself without a reaction from anyone. Gets home and opens his sandwich to find it loaded with all the veggies it came with. Didn’t even bother going back to switch it out because he’s a polite gentleman and doesn’t put himself in situations where he has the chance to not be. Had to leave again to find something to eat which upsets me more than anyone considering it’s his only day to relax. Not coming back.

Food quality and customer service are pitiful. I have given them several chances but still receive in my opinion inedible sandwiches. Last one was basically shredded lettuce, one slice of turkey, and mayo. Where is the meat!?! I hate that this store has ruined me on Jimmy Johns. Good luck talking to management.

Quality of food has deteriorated in the last couple of months. I love JJ food. But, somehow the last couple of subs seemed like they were made by the untrained. Seemed sloppy and all over the place. I tried to see if this issue was just a one off thing, and gave them another try last week. But, was proven yet again – consistently the case. Not taking anymore chances. Too bad.
