The server was wonderful! Nice place but the New York strip was flavorless, chewy, and so bad I had to use A1. On the other hand, the blueberry cobbler cheesecake was to die for!

Had the Brick’s Burger & Seasoned Fries. Good food, nice Staff, and a clean Restaurant. Definitely BIG portions for next day leftovers! The Gift Shop next door is as equally nice. There’s even Fishing Gear & Bait available.

We saw only one server. Waited a long time to give her our order. She was very friendly. Once the order was given, the food came quickly. Had to wait in line to pay our bill. The cashier was friendly.

Our food did take a while to come, and it wasn’t very busy. However, our waiter made up for it by being so delightful, just a great kid! I like the atmosphere at Brick’s; very small town and homey.

On our way home from a weekend of camping/fishing, we were looking for a small town greasy spoon/diner, and not many are open on Sundays. Stopped here and didn’t realize it was seat yourself until we stood around for a bit and decided to ask one of the many staff that were standing around chatting. I ordered a Bricks burger and it was way overdone and dry – but the bacon was good! My boyfriend wanted the hot beef sandwich but they were out of it so he opted for the chicken fried steak – sub-par, dry, thin and the gravy was really thick and lacked flavor. The mashed potatoes were the instant kind, but the bread was really good! Server was robotic and bored. Wouldn’t look forward to going back or recommend.

This restaurant has gone through changes in the years. Use to hang there as a teen. Was Elray Cafe then. Back in the 60s. Busy place always. We had a great and a couple of laughs. Service was great and food hot. She kept the coffee ☕ freshed up nicely.

The biscuit breakfast platter was amazing!!! We had one with bacon and hollandaise sauce and one with sausage and country gravy. Definetly a generous portion!

Meet in Motley at Bricks Restuarant, what many family and friends plan, as it is conveniently located on Highway 10 and 64 and not far from Highway 71. It’s a great location. The food is standard American.
