A regular McDonald’s shop – but this one looks nicer than others in the surrounding. I must confess we’ve been there only to try the Frozen Coke – it was good! I’ve been doing something similar at home for decades, so it was good to taste the professional version of it. A funny thing is that I’ve had a hard time trying to open men’s restroom door from the outside – and I still can’t figure out the secret. Need to try again next time I’m there for a Frozen Coke.

Talk to the manager three times about one issue. She ignored me two times and on the fourth time when I was about done she finally listened. I come here every Sunday and today is it so bad. The place is disgusting! We are always at the play room due to the child. Children should not be at a filty McDonald’s. Trash everywhere, drinks spilled on the floor and it smells. This place is dangerous and hazardous to our children’s health. I spoke with a female staff name Rachel reinoso who says she’s the manager. She did not speak English, another female staff translated to her my concerns. She stated she will send someone to clean up and it has been over 20 minutes now with no staff coming to take the trash out. Prior to me another parent told the front desk the same thing with no change.

This location refuses to give you any condiments for delivery. Whether it’s through Uber/DoorDash even if you specify the condiments they will never put it in the bag. If you order chicken nuggets for delivery you are 100% guarantee not to get any sauce. And their phone is not active. I even put complaints through their website but I still have not heard from them. 5 deliveries in a row and they have yet put any sauce in the bag. They will ignore complaints so im posting this to help spread awareness about this location. Management refuses to address this issue and will not respond to customers.
