I bought a bento box. Got home n first thing I found were three black hairs. I called n a female hung up. Next I tasted noodles, overcooked n mushy. I knew I shouldn’t have ordered. This is what I get for not trusting my instincts. I’m too far to return to restaurant but rest assured, will never eat there again. Place is dirty n shabby

Horrible customer service. I witnessed the staff at this location being extremely rude to an Uber driver trying to pick up his food for delivery. The staff were ignoring him and talking among themselves while he stood there repeatedly saying he was here for a pick up. When the staff eventually responded the response was “What you gonna do punk!” then the staff kept repeating “What you gonna do? What you gonna do?” Bullies work at this place.

I have eaten here many times in the past but moved so I haven’t in a while. I decided to that myself and get the chicken teriyaki combo since I’m back in the area. It was terrible, so disappointing. There was bone or something hard in the chicken. The servings were much smaller and it tastes bad the flavors weren’t what they use to be. Even the sodas were off. I’m not going there again and may not try any of the other chains to avoid disappointment. I do not recommend.

Oh man the service was arguably the worst I’ve ever had. The lady behind the counter did not understand anything we were trying to say and was just trying to argue with us for no reason it was very confusing. Apparently tea isn’t included in the combo and when I asked about it lf it was she got very offended like I should have know. Strange encounter all around and the food quality is rough to say the least.

I was recommended to come eat here and boy i was not disappointed. I was a little concerned with some of the reviews, but this is the second time I have eaten here and both times have been amazing, 1 of my favorite Japanese and sushi places. I will confidently be ordering from here again.

The food was ok. I got the chicken bento box and the chicken teriyaki roll. The dressing with the salad was nasty. It was just oil. The fried rice had no flavor. The California roll, dumpling and the chicken was good.

Bought two chicken teriyaki meals and when I got home, I found out the rice was way too soggy. Whoever cooked the rice put too much water in it and made it soggy. Soggy rice just ruins the whole meal. Didn’t enjoy my dinner. Waste of my money.
