I never normally have any issue when I get wings from Marks, I always order well done and they understand the assignment. However last night I ordered a med pizza and wings “extra well” when I received them the skin was soft. They sent another box of wings to make up for the first batch but those were soft as well. For the first time ever I was disappointed completely.

My sister had got her daughter baptized today, we hung out in this location. For a few hours and felt welcomes the entire time… Very helpful and great food!!! Dinning room is easy and nice … I recommend this place for any small gathering … Thanks to the manager and the staff for helping with my gluten free pizza, I got the broccoli crust, it was good!! Manager was awesome

Pizza is okay, but the sanitation is not. All of the employees have long hair, no hair nets and not even tied back. They literally have it swinging over the pizza as they are making it. On top of that, my husband got a hunk of hard plastic or dried glue in our pizza tonight

I received a VEGGIE pizza Monday it was the most awful pizza I received it happen I said so I thought I try again well the pizza it self was FANTASTIC VEGGIE. So I called to CONGRATULATE how FANTASTIC the pizza was to JOHN the MANAGER he was very short w/ me on the phone & sounded vey DISGUSTED w/ me because I called. I have never, never had any TROUBLE before w/ MARKS PIZZA ON LONG POND RD. I was very DISAPPOINTED the way I was TREATED by a MANAGER he should have know BETTER to treat CUSTOMER’S SO DISRESPECTFUL. I don’t usually eat pizza from marks, but the other day I ordered from them and the pizza was as amazing but the real treat was the man that delivered it was so nice and he alone made my day. The kid had a really weird name though. I think it was camden. Anyways, he’s a stellar employee and I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone
