Love, love, their shrimp tempura rolls and spicy crab sushi rolls. Their prices are reasonable for sushi rolls. We also tried the Hibachi steak and shrimp and the Japanese noodle combo with chicken and shrimp, both were great. You have the option to order and pick up, however, their is a small hidden fee for ordering online which I didn’t realize. Highly recommend

Went there with my wife and ordered takeout. The dining area was clean and comfortable. The food, not so much. We ordered a chicken and a steak entree, also the vegetarian entree. Chicken was over cooked and dry and the steak was very tough, even after asking them to cook it medium rare. I ended up choking on the chicken as it got stuck in my throat. I thought it was waste of money. Won’t be going back. Only reason I gave a 2 star is because the establishment was very presentable and clean. Zero star for the food.

It’s a really great spot for hibachi style food. Large portions for low amounts of money, and the food itself is good quality. You get your food quickly and the employees are very genuine people.

Ordered takeout. Employee was very helpful and polite. Chicken had good flavor and was not dry. Steak had less flavor and was a little tough but not bad. Fried rice needed more seasoning. For the price it was good but not great.

Prices go up, quality goes down. I’ll be real, hibachi express has never been the best hibachi, used to be the cheap convient option. Now it’s over priced bland mall food. My girlfriend loves Yakisoba, the thick Japanese style noodles are awesome. Tell me why she had spaghetti noodles instead of Japanese noodles? I should not have been charged full price, that was an out right lie. Even the menu stated thick Japanese noodles, smh. Some how even the sushi is bland now, it’s like they don’t use enough rice vinegar in their sushi rice or somthing. Plus the cuts of fish are small relative to price. Really disappointed, I’ll try and post picture of yakisoba, used to like this place.

Update: I am very appreciative that the manager is taking the time to connect with guests who had a poor experience. Thank you for taking the time to recognize my concern. I think we will try them again, like I mentioned originally, the food is good and worth getting. I would probably not recommend ordering through uber though. Thanks!

It’s obvious that this place has decent food but the customer service is TERRIBLE. Do not order your food to go . You will not receive your full order. When you go up to get the rest of the forgotten order they treat you like you stole from them when in reality they are the thieves. Stealing money and not delivering what was ordered. Poor customer service, nasty attitude , and now I have hungry kids because they forgot the kids meal and refused to give the forgotten order! I’m very disappointed in this place 1 star was too many. Ordered from here for the first time. The food was good, the spring rolls were great. I asked for extra yum yum sauce, they came through HARD. I dont know who packed my meal, but 11 sauces was going the extra mile. Touche Hibachi Express, touche.
