Shared spaced place (connected to a burrito joynt). Great tastes, smiles all around. One type of vegan pie made with care (worth the trip). Thin and crispy, wood fire oven. Solid.

I had high hopes; premium toppings, small viby shop, wood fired oven, the makings of greatness. My slice had ok flavor, I didn’t love the sauce but the real deal killer was the majorly undercooked, chewy bottom, which even a warming trip in the oven didn’t remedy. I’m hoping it was just an off pie for them.

It was a cold but sunny day, I said to myself seizs the day! So I jumped on my motorcycle and went for a ride. Half frozen I walked in and was mesmerized by the hardwood fire burning deep within the pizza oven. Couldn’t make up my mind so I had to get two pizzas. I don’t have the words to describe the robust flavors with delicate hilights. So I sat there in the late afternoon sun enjoying a truly wonderful eating experience.

excellent wood fired pizza. perfect thin crust (but not too thin), fresh, abundant toppings & generous portions. perfect price by the slice or by the whole pizza. definitely worth the drive. best pizza in this area since caio went out of business in springfield. i’m so glad seize the slice opened to fill the craving for a great wood fired pizza in this town. their other menu items sounded so appealing but i just don’t know if i can go there & leave w/o a pizza.
