Love this regional chain. The food is delicious and seasonal specials are reliably tasty. This most recent visit the young woman got my order wrong (even though I repeated it) but it worked out fine because the crispy chicken burger was great!

$35 for a soggy burger and tiny fish basket is too much money. The person taking my order through the drive through wasn’t very friendly and when asked if we could upgrade one of our fries for onion rings we were shortly told no. I’m disappointed because the service and portions are usually better.

I was disappointed. I don’t eat pickles so asked for a burger no pickles. Came with no tomatoes and lots of pickles. Had to give it away. The fries needed sauce and the shake was too small. I can sympathize with restaurants in this economy. Just used to bigger drinks. I left a tip thinking I had no other options. Tips are based on great service.

Ate at burger ville for the first time and had the halibut sandwich. It was the best fish sandwich I think I’ve ever had. The fish was light and flaky with a delicious crispy batter served on a bun with lettuce and an outstanding tartar sauce. I’m impressed and will most definitely return.

I ordered a double cheeseburger and a crispy chicken sandwich. Now if I was in a blind taste test, I would have said the chicken sandwich was from a restaurant and not fast food. Chicken was very flavorful. The double cheeseburger was just a double cheeseburger but it seemed on the high end of the fast food scale. I like this place and wish there were some in the northern Seattle area.

Stopped here for my road trip from West Vancouver to LA. Wanna get something locally, so this is my first burger from Burgerville, my kid really love the raspberry lemonade. I had the bacon cheese burger and it tasted good but just not really hot when I got it. Fries were crispy and fresh.

Glad I stopped in. Secret gem in the city. We went in and ordered, it was a couple of people at first, then more and more came in, counted 26 people in there. Food was pleasant but did wait almost 20 minutes. The Bacon burger, my husband said was so so. The bacon was thin. I had the halibut sandwich. The fish filled the whole bun, not oily, but was a little thin for me at least. But I enjoyed it nevertheless. A recommendation would be for them to clean the windows and handle for the entrance.

Food is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s cold when it should be hot. Sometimes you’ll find a hair in your food. Some days you won’t. There’s one manager here who strives for excellence. I wish I caught his name. Every time I’ve gone while he’s working, food has been on point, and the service was always excellent. Cost to turn a burger into a basket (meal) is absolutely outrageous. Regardless of the economy. $8 to add a fry and a drink? Making an (already pricey) $11 burger damn near $20 per person. ♀️

Not worth the money that’s for sure. The fish I had was thin and overcooked. The burger wasn’t any better than McDonald’s. On top of it all they asked for a tip upfront when I paid. I guess they probably don’t pay their employees all that well. As far as I know they don’t have any of these in Ohio. The PNW can keep them along with your Taco Time.

Food is fresh hot and served quickly. Great burgers with Tillamook cheddar cheese. They were out of Walla Walla sweet onion rings, the fries were hot and good
