Employees standing around talking. Not working. Burgers look undercooked constantly. Fries are cold. Why are there so many useless people in Torrington. It seems the whole town is stuck on stupid. Every fast food place in this town is disgusting. McDonald’s should be a lot stricter with franchisees and stop allowing these slum franchisees run the McDonald’s brand into the ground.

I give up on this location. I’ve been through the drive thru with a mobile order for a plain large iced coffee countless times and they haven’t gotten it correct yet. Either they put in some weird flavor shot, forget to put the cream or liquid sugar in or try to give me a medium when I ordered (and paid for) a large. I understand that mistakes happen but at this point they haven’t gotten my order correct once in the last 4 years.
