Cozy pizza place. Even though they are under staff, the service was on point. I went with my baby of 11mo and he loved the cheese pizza bread and the chicken fingers with fries from the kids manu. I ordered for myself the house special pizza 12 inches with green olives, green pepper, Italian beef in a thin crust …. it was delicious I have to acknowledge It was not crunchy but the flavor blended so well that I didn’t care. They take orders to go, 100% recommended

We had a booth right in front of the door way which was kind of cold sometimes. It was a Wednesday night so it wasn’t very busy but there was adequate staff for the night. We had a good time nice atmosphere. The pasta we had was pretty tasty. The salad was good. The artichoke dip was a little too salty. Our service was a little not so great. We did yet served very quickly but I had to remind our server about the soup and salad we order to be brought out before the entrees. Also I had to ask to have my water a refilled. We did enjoy the quietness of the place.

My coworkers and I ordered pizza, we were sharing with the clinical staff and one of our coworkers bit into his pizza. He pulled this piece out of his mouth that hurt his tooth. I called Rosatis and was told I’d be sent over to the manager and after a minute of waiting I was hung up on.

Our server, Abby, was awesome!! Food was great, and plentiful. Very busy, but not too loud. No wait to get in or seated. I did note that most of the kitchen staff were not wearing or using hair restraints.

I’ve never been to rosatis and I’ve lived in the area all of life. Decided to pop in after work and I was unpleasantly surprised. First off, the waitress was super rude and short. Server number #533. She only checked on us once and I clearly needed a new soda as I set it to the edge of the table and I had to go up to her and ask for one. I asked what kind of bread she would recommend and they brought out garlic bread of some type which was actually pretty good. I thought that was the bread that I ordered but then they brought out a massive tray of another type of bread after we were done eating the first bread we had. You would think if I ordered the bread that I did that she would let me know they have complimentary bread? Anyways, I got the cheese ravioli which wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t good. It was basically like cheese ravioli that you get out of the bag in the grocery store with the worst watered down marinara on it. I felt like the marinara was just a jar of nasty ragu dumped on top of it. After I ate my ravioli (which there wasn’t a lot of) I was left with a pound of marinara. Like they just tried to hide that there wasn’t a lot of ravioli with dumping tons of marinara on it. My boyfriend got the chicken parmigiana and he had the same experience with the marinara. Really watered down and bland. The chicken parmigiana was just fettuccine noodles with pounds of bland marinara on it and a chicken breast laid on top. Not impressed. Probably will never be back again.

We love Rosatis and have for years. The quality is always good and our delivery always comes hot. Problem is that it is a 50/50 shot if our order will be correct, especially on a weekend. We’re understanding in regards to it being busy and a small mistake might be expected. This time though our pizza was completely wrong and our side sauce was forgotten. We’re disappointed to wait an hour for pizza and not get exactly what we paid for.
