I ordered a pizza, wings and 2 liter to be delivered to my elderly mother who is a shut-in. The driver had inadvertently forgot her soda. The store I called was extremely helpful to resolve this issue. The driver had realized his error and had already arrived at my mothers within 5 minutes of my phone call. I want to thank both employees for their kindness. They should be recognized for their exemplary performance and awarded accordingly.

The manager was extremely nice and took great care with our large order. The pizzas looked and tasted great. I’m very happy we went with this Pizza Hut for our party nearby—it is not our usual location. I would order here again with no reservations.

Don’t expect your order to be out by the time you pick it up for carry out! I arrived at my quoted time, called multiple times finally got a ring informed them that I was there to pick up my curbside order and they told me it would be 5-10 more minutes… when i got the food, it was not hot and my wings had literally no sauce on them (I order bbq wings). when i tried to call again i didn’t get anyone to answer, finally when the woman was bringing out someone else’s order i was able to inform her of mine. She took my wings back inside came out maybe 2 minutes later stated that they were fresh out and they were not, if they were fresh out they would be hot, right? Lol wrong! This woman took my wings back in, poured bbq sauce on them and brought them right back out. Pure disappointment and disgusting behavior. If i could give 0 stars I totally would, do not go to this Pizza Hut!! It is not worth your frustration.

My pizza was made with the appropriate amount of sauce yesterday 8/8/23. Consistently, for probably the past year, this location barely put enough sauce on, so I was hesitant to order. However, yesterday it was perfect and the pizza tasted great!

I ordered 2 large pizzas (a meat lovers and a 2 topping), a 2 liter, breadsticks and cinnamon rolls. I was sent 2 medium pizzas, breadsticks, 4-20 ounces, and cinna sticks. No one called me, the pizzas are wrong, and they told me they made the decision to change the order because they didn’t have the supplies to make the pizzas. The crusts are stale, essentially inedible, everything is cold, and I paid $45 for food that is inedible and wrong. I will NOT buy food from here again.

The delivery driver was very courteous and the food was hot. However, in recent years Pizza Hut has totally cheaped out on topping proportions. Pizza Hut hands down used to have the best chain pizza available with liberal proportions of toppings and lots of top cheese, finished off with fairy dust. (a mixture of dry cheeses and spices) Now there are skimpy proportions and no top cheese.
