I even love the name of this place! Went here in its previous incarnation as la taqueria; didn’t grab me. Then I saw the outside change to Owen’s Tacos – what an unusual name that immediately brought a smile to my face! Finally got a chance to stop by – and wished I had come by sooner!

We’re from Chicago and moved to fl recently and have not had good Mexican food in forever. while on a vacation to NY we found this on Google and let me say it was delish just like we’re used to back in Chicago. The tamales were so soft and spicy and the pork was tender. My other half had a burrito and it was super great he said. Their horchata was amazing too!
