Came here for lunch and ordered 2 of #16 combos, double cheeseburger, spicy chicken sandwich, small fries, small drink, cookie. The food was hot and fresh, tasted good. The only complaint is the lettuce was a little old, wilted, brown. The restaurant was clean. The restrooms are locked like so many these days, due to vandalism, which is so sad. We would come back.

The food came out pretty well. The only thing off was that the lettuce was starting to turn brown. This area of town was a little in decline but still felt OK. Workers were friendly. The parking lot is big enough to park a big rig.

The staff was very friendly. The cashier that helped me greeted me right away. She gave service with a smile. The food tasted fresh. My burger was juicy. My fries were crispy. The restaurant was clean. A token is provided to get into the restroom. Overall great experience. I would come back.

Unfortunately, my lettuce wrapped Double Patty Guac Angus Burger was totally RAW in the middle. Not undercooked patty, but RAW. I ate around my burger, and when I got to the middle, and prior to biting it, I smelled uncooked ground beef. I pulled back the lettuce, and there it was. See for yourself. It was disgusting, and I felt sick after seeing that.

Workers give proportions of condiments as if they charge them for each ketchup. You have to ask for ketchup, workers don’t offer anything. Bathrooms are 25 cents to get in (can’t wash your hands) and sauces are 25 cents even after spending $13 on a meal. I asked for more ketchup so that’s probably why she asked for 25 cents. It’s understandable that employees don’t want to be there but giving bad looks to customers sitting down is definitely not the way to keep people coming in. No wonder it’s dead over here inside and in drive thru. Going to think twice about coming here, might as well go to the new 7 eleven across the street, probably friendly workers at least.

0 stars if I could! Never going back to the Carl’s Jr on main Manteca! The lady gave us 4 ketchup packets mind you we had ordered plenty of food that needed more ketchup. I went up to ask because my husband said she was rude to him for asking for more ketchup. So, I went up and asked for more and guess what she was rude to me too! She said she couldn’t give me anymore and I asked why? Because we didn’t need it that she already gave my husband a few packages she ended up giving me 4 more packages of ketchup. So we only had 7 packages for all of our food. Which it doesn’t matter the ketchup is always a thing that’s given out without any hassle. My main thing is that she was rude about it. Her attitude was ridiculous. Over ketchup! I would have just said sure here ya go…. No big deal! Stop being rude to customers Carls Jr.

The meat was flavorless, unseasoned, and the rest of the meal was also a disappointment. Maybe this wasn’t them at their best but I know I won’t be coming back for a while. Once I’ve had it again, I’ll definitely update the review.
