We dined in here at Zaxby’s. Rating in comparison to other fast food. Zaxby’s is a great little location. The interior of the restaurant was clearly defined as to which booths were open and which booths were closed. They also had a table dedicated for Uber eats and other delivery folks.

I guess they just hire anybody off the street to work here. I just paid $28 for cold food! My entire order (3 things) were supposed to have sauce. Got home and all 3 boxes of chicken and fried pickles had zero sauce. They had NO problem charging me though for the extra sauce. Yet couldn’t even get the sauce I pay for it to come with! I was completely robbed out of my money. I am pregnant and literally refuse to eat these leftovers they decided to give me. My thing is.. the chicken boxes has a literal specific place for the sauce and they decided to close it anyway. Lebanon Zaxby’s has never done me wrong like this ever. I’d go anywhere but to this Zaxby’s location.

I love Zaxby’s but the Zaxby’s in Mount Juliet is the worst this is my third or fourth time going there my wings are not all the way fully cooked I can’t even get a grilled chicken cooked all the way I’m just done

I work night shift, so I don’t eat out a lot. This is exactly why. The person taking my order was frustrated by my modifications and seemed to intentionally mess up my order. When I checked my food, almost everything was missing and none of my modifications were correct. I hadn’t been to zaxbys in months, and after that terrible experience, I’ll never eat at zaxbys again.

Won’t ever return to this location. Would of asked to speak to a manager but I don’t believe there was one nobody over 20 if they are they didn’t act like it. We waited at counter to order for at least 5 min before anyone acknowledge we were standing there. Got order wrong and grilled chicken was burnt Food sat in window nobody bothered to tell us it was ready finally I had to tell person working drive thru if they could hand it to me. You can only sit at a few tables still due to covid regulations. I had to go in bathroom get paper towels to wipe table off. We sat and watched all 7 employees stand around in cooking area talking not doing anything huddle up. Very disappointed.
