Manager quite hostile with my presence in the store while I was waiting to use the restroom, I had my coffee in hand. “You can’t stay there more than 10 minutes”, she said just out of the blue. I explained I was waiting to use the restroom and she repeated “10 minutes only, and I am counting”. I was embarrassed, there were customers in the store. The weather was bad, it was really cold to wait outside… Believe it or not, it was my second time in the store ever since I moved to Saugus. I won’t show up again.

I dropped in here to pick up some quick bites and noticed Julie has a mean attitude and is very off-putting to guests and staff. Very obnoxious and ill mannered. Openly swears while guests are in the establishment. Doesn’t wear gloves like the rest of the staff either

The cashier was snappy to me and several other customers. She burnt the croissants and had to remake them, and even then they were overcooked. The frozen coffee was bitter, despite getting an extra pump of syrup
