Worker Austin was amazing. So attentive while making my burrito, I loved it. Only problem was there was no rice left so I don’t know what the to order. They said they said only have the service chips. He he said he could add grilled onions for chips. I think that’s kind of weird. Otherwise very good looking young man. And one of the best, most employees I’ve ever laid my eyes on.

I normally go here every Monday to get there Moe’s Monday special but recently, and especially since they’ve gotten new employees, there been countless mistakes with my order not to mention how dirty it is, they’ve forgotten my tortillas countless of times when I specifically asked for one. The ice machines always broken, even sometimes the floor is really sticky and recently they can’t even answer the phone! I am not happy at all please fix this.

Asked for two kids burrito meals without spicy meat. Chicken was completely dry, tough and over spiced. Kids spat their food out saying it was too spicy, and could only eat chips. Complete waste of time and money. Ice machine still broken too. Last time I’ll ever visit.

Hey, franchisee: ice machine broken. Roasted Tomatillo – 86 the whole thing. “I love how they play The Stones followed by Shawn Mendes.” -said no one, ever. Did you guys hand-count my eleven chips? And how long have they been sitting there on the tray, on the counter? Fresh? Ha!

Not what it looks def to be. Menu changed-prices went up. Ice maker not working properly so they had a pan of ice with a scoop in it. That would never pass inspection. Dissatisfied with food, service and cleanliness.

I remember when this place was the “spot” to go eat after school. I went in today to order and couldn’t help but notice how dirty everything was. Floors were sticky, crumbs all over the countertops and so filthy under the drink station. Ice machine out, drink fountain out. We still went ahead and ordered food which was good but now I’m just hoping to not get sick.
