As a student from NJIT, my options are selective since there aren’t many restaurants that are that close by, so I chose Giovanni’s selectivity as from looking at the reviews it mixed from good to just bad. But from my experience I would give it a 5/5, I ordered pick up tonight via phone and got the chicken parm and chicken roll. It took a good time around 10 mins which I was told, and it was hot and ready when I got there so that was nice. The Chicken Parm sandwich is pretty good. while the Chicken Roll doesn’t look the best but is actually pretty good. I know most restaurants would do the bare minimum for a roll, so I looked at the loaded cheese and marina sauce. Overall pretty decent food I would say and would order again. Decent food, good price, and great service.

Ordered 2 pepperoni pies and garlic knots to suprise my class on the last day of school. I had used this place several times for pizza parties this year. My class would beg for little Ceasars or Dominos. I had to step in and let them know that is not real pizza. I introduced them to Giovannis and by the last day they were asking for Giovanni’s. Order placed at 11:00am- Monopoly board set up and we waited……and waited. We finished the game of Monoploy and still no pizza- or call.

We made an order and we waited for almost an hour and a half for our food we called the restaurant multiple times and they told us our driver was on the way the food never arrived. We even called the driver but as soon as he answers and we asked where he was he starts yelling at us telling us that he has more orders to deliver. Horrible experience.
