Typically the food is pretty good and made somewhat quickly. Today I encountered staff that were not knowledgeable about their products and prices. I wanted to get a good understanding of their pricing as I was given the wrong price for a calzone and add-ons. It didn’t bother me so much about the pricing as much as it was the nonchalant attitude from both the preparer and the manager. As I paid for my calzone neither of them said thank you. Store workers truly forget what customer service is especially when it comes to the buyer paying for their product and services.

I have read several negative reviews about Papa Murphy’s and I’m very confused. It is one of my very favorite places to get pizza, and the only chain I visit. Sure, you do have to bake it once you get home, but then you can get it to the exact doneness that you like, or move toppings around so that they are perfectly even (if you are neurotic like me). Heck, you can even add a couple of your own toppings before cooking.

In general, I’d say Papa Murphy’s has a good product I think at times it’s over priced however it’s it’s a very good product. I don’t know about the take home and bake I think that works better though it does for me because I know my ovens temperature and I get the pizza the way I like it

3 times in a row I customized my pizza order. 2 times the custom ingredient wasn’t even added. Don’t bother asking for extra toppings, you won’t get it. Additionally the toppings are just clumped together in spots, not evenly dispersed on the pizza. Very disappointing

We are regulars and so the $10 Tuesday pretty much each week. You can tell the ingredients are fresher than other pizzas. The manager at this location is great! The rest of the staff is usually very friendly also!

Moved to Parker 16 months ago and we’ve probably ordered only from this location once a month. They have been very friendly service each and every time. We’ve always liked the pizza and prices! Always ordered ahead of time online and once it wasn’t ready yet but they helped me immediately and can’t complain! Pan pizza is my favorite, can’t wait to try the stuffed version!

I ordered a pizza and dessert through the Papa Murphy’s app. About an hour later, I received a delivery notification, but nothing had been delivered to my house. I called Papa Murphy’s who advised me to contact DoorDash (who the store used for 3rd party delivery – this was not a DoorDash order). I pointed out that I hadn’t paid DoorDash, but it went to Papa Murphy’s. The gentleman put me on hold to speak with his supervisor. I was then advised that they would provide me a refund. Weeks later and the refund has still not been processed.

Got a BBQ chicken stuffed pizza. Followed directions exactly for cooking it. The crust was soggy and fell apart and we couldn’t even eat it, so gross and such a disappointment for $20 to go right in the garbage. Dough was clearly WAY over proofed. Won’t be back
