This location has good food just poor management. We walked in expecting our online order to be done at 737p. Was not complete until 810p. We walked in and no one knew about our order. The manager looked up at the order screen and seemed as though they overlooked or missed our order. The customer service employee made it seem like they mikes it up based on my last name, they only had my first name on the order. Regardless the food should have been made on time. They forgot to give us our mash and gravy. They stated that they will write this on a board give it to us the next time we come back. We this is unacceptable because we will not be back.

Way overpriced! $25.00 for 8 pieces of chicken, 1 side, and 4 biscuits. Chicken was overcooked, and the pieces were small. Legs the size of wing drumetts. Used to be a reasonably priced place with good food. Not so much anymore.

I ordered a 5 piece combo and a popcorn trip combo. Get to the window, they have me drinks and a very small sack. I looked in and I said you forgot my fries and my biscuit. I got combos and she said. Oh, well, we don’t have either one of those but yet they had no problem. Charging me $22 for it. C***** service c***** food don’t recommend.

Food was horrible. Overcooked and they didn’t put gravy on my mashed potatoes and gravy. I didn’t realize it until I drove back to the hotel. Crew members were talking very loud you can tell they are ready to go home. I’ve had Popeyes a lot in Kansas but the food here was horrible.
