Craving Chinese, we visited Eabyss for the first time. The Mongolian Beef and Chicken Lo Mein were some of the blandest Chinese food I’ve had ever. The General Tso Chicken is fair.

My food was undercooked. When I went back she explained for 15 minutes why I couldn’t get a refund. As they always under cool their vegetables. She said I should have asked for it to be well done.

Newly decorated and reopened recently. The lunch specials are good. I had the Mongolian Beef with fried rice and an egg roll. A lot of really good hor tea finished it off! The wait staff were attentive and friendly. The interior is spotless!

Not as good as it use to be. But only game in town. I’d pay more for the food quality and to be prepared better. Crab Rangoon, very little filling. No crab, no onion. Sad, no flavor. House Fried rice, very little meat and seafood. Bourbon Chicken, over cooked veggies. But good flavor. Pork rib off the bone, over cooked and dry. But good flavor. Mongolian beef, excellent. Fried Dumplings and pot stickers outstanding.

I’m so grateful to find another Chinese restaurant that offers several vegan options. I know of only one other place that has general tso tofu. Eabyss general tsos was so good. It was a large portion for a good price. I’m looking forward to trying the other options!

There are a number of Asian restaurants near but this one is the only one in High Springs. Even so, I would travel here for their food. They aren’t cheap but I had four meals on what I ordered. They give you plenty and it’s very flavorful. I had the gongbao chicken with pork fried rice, wonton/egg drop soup and pork egg roll. My wife had beef lo mein with a pork egg roll.

32 dollars for two very small overcooked entrees and an order of crab rangoons. The chicken pad thai had no lime was also overcooked and didn’t taste good, the crab rangoons had almost no filling in them, and the general tso chicken was terribly overcooked.

Always like 10-15 minutes to order from me walking out the door, perfect! The food is always great and I am a little annoying and change my order to a custom one every time and it always turns out the way I want it to ☺️

I wonder were my review I left years ago went? Anyway. This place was opened by two younger people and they poured their hear and soul into this place. The food, decorations, etc. It was never one of those red and black text typical Chinese menu places (you know what I mean) .
