I ordered a Birria Plate in the drive thru and When I got home it was 95% fat! I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager and I was told that there wasn’t one on shift. I told the man that answers the phone about my meal and he never apologized, just said that he would let the cook know. I tried calling back later to talk to a manager and I kept getting a constant busy signal for an hour. It doesn’t seem like they care about the quality of what they’re selling. The birria tacos are a must try! So delicious and filling. Only complaint is the inconsistency in cooking. Sometimes the taco is nice and crispy but other times it is super soggy and falls apart. I always eat it fresh too so the only thing I would love to change is making them crispier every time. Also make sure to ask for lime and sauce on the side because sometimes they don’t ask.

Good food, but they cannot for the life of them get my orders correct. I’ve ordered food from here about 4 times and ask for no guacamole every time. Every single time they slather my food in guacamole. It’s not that hard. Pay attention to the order. Stop putting guacamole on my food.

Good food overall, they’ve been hit hard by inflation and prices have gone way up, the Carné always tastes off, but the shrimp burrito in unmatched by anyone anywhere. I lived off this place during COVID, ate here at least 3-4 times a week. Their menudo is supreme, and the portion size can easily feed 2-3 people.
