I just got food tonight at 9:50PM and when we ordered there was the blonde girl with a black hat and I’m pretty sure blue eyes, very long hair also had a nose ring she was wearing all black clothing from what I could tell from the passenger side of my car she looked more manly than anything but she was rude when taking our order, on top of that we got our food ans it was cold like cold!!! I’ve always gone to this McDonald’s and never had a problem going this late and never had a problem with rude costumer service nor the food being extremely cold I’ll be calling in the morning to talk to the manager!!!

I am very disappointed with my visit. My father and I went to dine in at 8, this is a common thing for us. However, the doors were locked and only one poor girl was running the orders. This cannot be for real, we come here all the time. She was very nice to us and we understood her struggle. She gave us our food and we left. I suggest that you hire some people and get the business together because it needs it. Now I can’t talk for the business but the manager needs to do something about it. Thank you.

3/13/23 My son and I live in the area and love little falls and McDonald’s this is the first time we have experienced poor management from this business we arrived and parked and planning to use the dining room at 8pm because we were waiting for our laundry to be done from a near by business upon walking to the front door we found it locked and the same with the second door all out side lights off with two customers seated so we returned to our vehicle and used the drive thru upon ordering and asking the only teem member who was scheduled to work that shift besides her cook if everything was OK? She simply inhaled and said yes and gave us our food and drinks with atleast six more cars behind us. those team members were stressed over worked and doing thare absolute best shame on that management for the stress given to the only two employees who value their paycheck
