My husband and I went here and was rushed to order although no other cars were in the drive thru. He ordered a steak burrito that barely had steak on it and I ordered a chicken quesadilla combo. With my quesadilla combo they gave me a regular drink and burned my quesadilla to where it was almost inedible.

I want someone from corporate to call me. I went through this location and the lady at the window was extremely rude. Her excuse to use was that the car in front of ours was rude so she was rude to us. I’m a Manager also and I would never hire a person like that. This location needs a new manager to address issues at this location. It’s dirty and not pleasant. My people will not come here anymore. Everyone reading this go next door to Wendy’s they are fast and kind. With this experience I chose to not order from here and went somewhere else. Will not be back.

There were only 3 people working there when I went inside. We were greeted politely. The lady that took our order was really nice and very professional. My order was filled promptly. And I have to say that’s the first time that my food looked like a menu picture. All three of those people working here today at lunch should be rewarded for their hard work and professionalism. Best experience at taco bell ever!!!!

Couldn’t hear the guy in the drive thru. He was rude… got our food wrong… told him and said he didn’t hear us and proceeded to ring us up after his mistake… so I drove off. Taste of food was mushy and old. This location is always terrible.

Store visited in the evening of 06/08/23 Pretty bad a burnt steak quesadilla was the highlight. Within the 45 seconds it took for me to pickup my takeout the young boy working called his female co-worker a b!tch. Said female co-worker loudly shouted “f@ck you”. Lastly instead of being a greeted to pick up the food id already ordered and paid for, the same younger boy welcomed me with a very limp and lazy “sorry bro, our lobby’s been like closed for a couple hours”

They must have some upset employees that don’t care about the food they put out. I was given this Mexican Pizza, drove home and went all the way back because this was totally unacceptable. They did make me another one when I got back and gave me a free taco coupon…
