I went in tonight and ordered three very simple items two pasta dishes and one sandwich I specifically asked for no onions on my sandwich because I won’t eat onions and they decided that meant no mushrooms so now I have a sandwich with green peppers and onions and no mushrooms that I won’t eat I highly suggest you check every single item you order before you leave the store

I know this chain is busy, I ordered on a Friday night at 730. I’m sure they are short staffed like everyone else buuut… I ordered XTRA pineapple on a pizza for my kid and instead got zero pineapple…thankfully had pineapple at home and situation was solved. Staff was very friendly about our situation however… Ordered a simple cheese pizza for pickup because the delivery charges are insane. Buyer BEWARE you need to be VERY specific on the phone. We truly received a pizza of bread and cheese with no sauce….. We got home and had a slice of pizza and realized they did not put sauce on our pizza. We called and they offered to remake the pizza. This time we received a pizza that was DROWNING in sauce which we felt was out of spite from saying there was no sauce. Both pizzas were inedible and we ended up using the sauce from the over sauced pizza on the first pizza.

Today as I’m getting home I over hear one of the drivers demanding a tip from someone yelling at them telling them they better ask who’s tipping him ,there other way of going about things you don’t demand someone or yell at them to tip you you don’t kno what anyone goes through and yes I understand tip the driver they drive your food to you but if someone isn’t able to you don’t demand them to Arif need to be talked to about how he talks to you costumers please
