My girlfriends and I really enjoyed this restaurant. The owner was so polite, attentive, and prompt to take care of all of our requests. He was very outgoing and made our visit very comfortable and welcoming. The food was delicious. They also have a Vegan menu, which is awesome since it’s so hard to find a restaurant to go to with our Vegan friends. We will definitely be back!

This place was excellent! The tacos were absolutely delicious, and the salsa bar was a very pleasant surprise. We also had Cadillac margaritas and they were top notch! The atmosphere felt authentic, complete with an indoor water fountain. The staff was very friendly and attentive. This place is a new favorite restaurant for me! I’ll be back any time I’m in town.

So I went in to order to go and the host was really nice. Ordered the chili colorado but didnt look at the menu so I didnt realize until after it was almost done that it was vegan…I would have ordered it with meat. So I get it and getting home and tryi g to eat it, the togo plates were the soft paper plate material and the sauces made a hole in the bottom of the container and got on my stuff…need a better to go container like styrofoam so it doesnt break. overall not a bad place and might go back again eventually…

Decided to take a group of 16 to my favorite Mexican restaurant for a Mother’s day treat yesterday. Made reservation few days in advance. On arrival, found that they are in the middle of a big renovation and SEVERELY understaffed. If you are understaffed, say so and dont accept reservations that too on Mother’s day. This is how you lose credibility. Spent over 2 hours just waiting for the food to arrive. Moms were hungry, frustrated. No salsa bar anymore and it just took a while to get some salsa refills.

This was the first time I had been to El Papagayo Restaurant. That have a mango salsa that was really good. I ordered the shrimp super wet burrito and it was big for two people I highly recommend this place. I like the atmosphere. Old people are very nice. Places very clean. And I like the salsa bar many different kinds of salsa. I give them five stars .
