Service was excellent. It was slow but they were packed and perfection takes time . Food was prepared to order and delicious we enjoyed our stay. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. We plan to return. Waitress even volunteered to help us announce our pregnancy to our children. Awesome job.

It was packed so we ended up sitting at the bar and I’m so glad we did! The bartenders were absolutely amazing! One one the best margaritas I have had! Food, drinks and the atmosphere was great! Will be back again when in town.

My friend said they have the best steaks and I had to see for myself…I ordered the Texas fries with a house salad…I ate mostly bread lol…I love the butter…our waitress was accurate..never misses a step…The main event was the steaks and I was not impressed…it taste like they just threw it on the grill and our steak sauce was the flavor…I was expecting a burst of flavor…NOTHING!!…The mashes potatoes were delicious..best item on the plate with the ribs..I would recommend…just not the steaks..

Ordered a medium steak and received a well done one. Ordered the brownie and only received the brownie and not any of the extra stuff that comes with it. Requested silverware and didn’t receive any. Ordered a drink and didn’t receive a straw. Only positive is that the worker at the pick up window was very nice.

We were in Alabama to experience its historical attributes, and additionally, we met up with a relative at Texas Roadhouse. The hostess and staff were so accommodating. We had three senior citizens with us, and one of them was celebrating her birthday. Can’t express enough how caring, compassionate, and patient the staff at TR were to them. The food was phenomenal and in abundance, The drinks, especially the margarita sangria, was delicious. We had the best time reveling in the occasion and the aesthetics of the entire restaurant. Great Job!

Tried to dine-in, but the wait was too long for my little one. I have only been to this location twice, but both times it was packed!! The parking lot can be crazy also so just be aware.

This is twice I have been here for lunch and there were only a few cars. We were told 30 minute wait the first time and 15-20 minutes the second time. Normally I would say okay, but at lunch when they are not busy is ridiculous. Please open a long horn or another steak restaurant at eastchase. You need to be a little more accommodating at lunch. People that work have to go back to work.
