I ordered noodles for my son and me for dinner tonight. Took them home. The pork Pad Thai had almost no pork. The Drunken Noodles with beef had microscopic 0.25 cm bits of meat and the sauce was never incorporated into the noodles. A brick of unsauced noodles is my dinner. Disgusting.

My partner and I had a great meal at Joe’s Noodle House the other night. I particularly liked their wonton soup, string beans, and double-cooked pork. The portions were generous, everything was reasonably priced, and the staff was very friendly. I’ll have to come back with several people next time so we can try more from the menu.

So much salt. I don’t know if we got a cook who was just heavy handed with the salt but couldn’t even finish our meal. You have to order your food at the counter and it comes out quick…a little too quick. We ordered the beef noodle soup and mooshu pork and it was out in less than 5 minutes. That’s not necessarily a bad thing but it was just so oversalted that it just made us question how much of it was precooked and reseasoned.

Mediocre Chinese food. Horrible service! They make you pay before getting your food and don’t care afterwards if you enjoy it or not. I accidentally ordered a dish that was TOO spicy for consumption and asked if we could either get our money back or exchange it for a different dish. The answer received was “no” and they did not bother with any further actions to satisfy our needs. Left feeling robbed of our hard earned money, a tasty meal, and an enjoyable dining experience. There are many other Chinese restaurants in Rockville. Stay away from this establishment!
