Our last 3 take-out orders have been very disappointing. Quality has really gone down. Thin & crispy crust has been thin & flimsy ( doughy), missing ingredients that we paid extra for. Pizzas have not been cut properly. Do you know how frustrating it is to get a slice only to find that it is attached to both slices on either side? My 3 topping pizza had literally 1 of each topping on most slices (1 slices of onion, 1 olive & 1 mushroom). Very disappointed & dissatisfied. Will not be ordering from this location ( Ingram Rd. ) anymore.

If you’re going to have a special I shouldn’t have to build the pizza. You only get it if ordering online and idk why everyone can not just the pricing. Oh my goodness!!! I am beyond livid. The delivery driver brought my order to my place of employment. A very simple order. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and since I was 50 cents away from the delivery minimum, I added a side of mozzarella cheese sticks. When I received my order, my sandwich was cold. Not only that my lettuce was gray and wilted, the tomatoes are wilted and looked as if they were fresh a couple of days ago. Upon calling the restaurant and speaking with the manager, Naomi, I explained to her that I even tipped the driver a $5 tip…she nonchalantly stated the driver has nothing to do with the quality of the food. REALLY?!?! I stated my lunch hour is over and she could care less. Please see pic of my so-called fresh and hot sub sandwich from Pizza Hut at 6115 Ingram Rd. Very uncaring and unprofessional manager EVER!!!

Apparently this is what they call pan pizza at this location I was expecting fluffy bread edges and bottom like all the other locations make it. When I asked manager he said that is the way they make it. It looks like hand tossed to me with the flat bread look on the bottom and edges. On the good side the lemon pepper wings were delicious.
