I had the caramel French toast in it was gummy made with peanuts that gave off a peanut butter taste and it wasn’t toast it was just the bread with out the egg and toasted parts. Food was very little and we paid big money for the meal. 2 pieces of beacon was $5 and it wasn’t done all the way. I have come many times before this but lately it has been horrible more money for less care and less food I will pass they are NOT THE SAME.

Mrs Queen the libations expert makes this watermelon sangria drink amazing. Every drink she brought us was great. The servicer was great and complimenting. Food somewhat pricey for the quantity you get. Too much Ala carte. Slice of toast $1.50. The chicken sausage patty was delicious $5. This place has potential but all the staff has to be on the same page. We got there at 9am and the love wasn’t there it made us feel blu. It’s seems late for a breakfast joint to open at 9am. Needs some remodeling. Great music selections.

This place was unexpectedly wonderful. From being greeted with great customer service to our server to the bartender for those wonderful mimosas. I first googled them once it was suggested and the pics does this place no justice. The food was delicious. Omg the jerk chicken Alfredo omelette is my fave choice for now til I go back. The banana waffles and chicken were also a great choice. I will be back to conquer the menu.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place. We went Sunday for brunch and had one of thee BEST times creating new memories. We were a party of 18 and they accommodated us very well. Our waitress, Kenyatta was a Star, attentive, informative and made our experience lively. They have a plethora of choices, scrumptious goodness in every bite and a comfy cozy feel you only get around family. You know someone’s granny or aunt was in the kitchen cooking. You will not be disappointed and will start looking at your calendar to see when you can come again.

Hidden gem in Blue Island. Very hearty portions of food and an incredible staff. First time going and tried the jerk chicken alfredo omelette. I was very impressed. From what I gathered, the place will fill up quick, which is a testament to the quality of food. I like the atmosphere…the place has a home feel about it. Parking may be an issue during peak times, but it might not be a bad idea to park a block or two away to walk off the delicious and filling meal. I’ll be back to try out some other things on the menu…like that French toast.

I love this place..such a warm hearted establishment. The art on the walls, the sitting layout to the small bar area was all great. The staff was very friendly; greeted with a smile and waitress was very attentive. Now lets get down to the food..oh was it delicious. I rarely get french toast but man oh man was it good, soft and fluffy..just enough flavor to give life to the toast. And the bacon cooked to perfection..just the right crisp mixed in with a little fat..Omg..don’t find to many breakfast restaurants with that type of bacon..I will definitely go back and tell a friend.

My niece and I went for breakfast. Our waiter took our drink orders (coffee and lemonade), shortly after being seated. He later greeted other customers after us and delivered food & drinks to their table, however NEVER took our food order. Nor did he come to check on us or inquire if we wanted anything else. And each time we tried to get his attn to place our breakfast order, he said “I’ll be right with you” – yet he never did. After approx 30-40 minutes, we asked another waitress for our bill, paid for drinks and left. Not to mention, it wasn’t very busy and there were only a few patrons during our visit. Poor service!
