First time dining here and I’m very impressed! The food, service, and atmosphere was top notch. Kate, who waited on me was very polite and professional. I ordered the Burger Royale with cheese. I requested it medium rare to retain the juicy flavors. This burger was delicious and came with fries that were tasty. For dessert I couldn’t resist the Mainzookie! I ordered it without the pecan crumble as I’m not a fan of crunchy nuts in chewy desserts. For my beverage, I had lemonade and iced water.

Came to the mainzer for the first time. I was very impressed with the atmosphere. The people were very nice and happy. I had the chance to talk to the waitress for a little while, and she was very nice. I enjoyed our conversation about her father’s business. Now I got a burger, and it was well crafted. The sauce was very good. My hat is off to Sheff Ron. When food is made with love, you can tell.

The food was good, although I’m not sure why during weekends lunch menus aren’t able to come out until 2PM. The dish I got was the chilaqueles, which had a lot of good flavor, but I wish there was another egg. The amount of salsa in the probably upset my stomach since I didn’t expect there to be so much. It was spicy, but just probably too acidic for me. If your stomach can handle it then it’s a great dish, awesome flavor I just don’t think it agreed with me.

A great experience from start to finish. The loaded fries were delish and the drink, Prickly Pear Martini, pleasantly satisfying. The Chicken and Mushroom flatbread was enough for two. Rodney, our server, added to an overall welcoming dinner. We left fully satiated. We’ll be back.

First of all, the Crispy Brussel Sprout was so so good! I want to go back just for this dish. It’s Maple Glazed with bacon, good mix of sweet & savory. Burger was good. Fried chicken was crispy and tasty but the meat was quite dry. The ambience is nice, clean, spacious. Great variety of beer on tap that you can get it yourself, pretty cool concept! Staffs are friendly and attentive.

I expected more games. I guess ping pong was moved or unavailable or something so we were disappointed. We had dessert and played skee ball for a little bit.

Staff is very polite – I personally liked the drinks and desserts a lot. Classic old school diner feel (minus most of the employees still wearing masks – maybe it’s a policy or something but it lessens the joy of sharing human smiles).

Great spot to grab a creative bite to eat, a just-OKAY cocktail and watch something on the silver screen to keep the convo going. Super casual environment, tasty brunch, friendly service, average to highish pricing for the area. Great kitschy art throughout the venue.
