The food was absolutely great and super fresh! However, they were short-staffed for the first 5 minutes, but.. I waited at the counter 10 minutes before even getting my order taken. They looked right at me, but continued serving drive-thru only and not helping me. The new shift came in and helped right away though! So the drive thru is good, but inside service sucked.

Minor communication error on our ordering , Manager fixed right away,and made sure we were happy and content …he did ask us to fill out a survey on receipt and I’ve already lost it or I would . The restaurant was clean and orderly!!!! Ps… Berry watermelon slushie is about the most refreshing thing ever on a hot summer day, Been back twice for another !!

Hands down, worst Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced. Missing 2 chalupas , and every item was this quality. All lettuce and horrible. Got at 1-2am. Expect a full refund.

I used to work at taco bell as a teenager. I will never not love it. As I get older and more bougie I still can’t let it go. The cinnabon coffee is my new favorite thing. But a nacho bell grande or a burrito supreme will never disappoint.

I found it pretty rude for the manager of the restaurant to tell me to use the kiosk while I am standing in front of the register looking at the menu board. There was no one else in the restaurant, and no cars in the drive thru. At least 5 employees laughing and carrying on in the kitchen. Most of the food was delicious, with the exception of the hard tacos. Less than a third of the shell had ingredients. Anemic to say the least.

I got a lot of food but i only received the 12 Soft Taco Party Pack 1 out of 6 thing i ordered. I bought a lot more then that. I was shareing everything and every single soft taco was horrible, wet and, cold. If you are going to be open untill 3 am service should be a little better then this. Why do these people deserve to be paid if they DONT DO THERE JOB. BEYOND DISAPPOINTING. BEYOND ANNOYED. I work in fast food. I would rather throw my money away in the trash can.

Personally, it’s one of my favorite Taco Bells in Fort Wayne! They always have a friendly staff and rarely have errors on my orders. As for the food itself, burritos are always full, and tacos are never unnecessarily messy. Quick tip, get the Taco bell app. It makes ordering a heck of a lot easier. There’s a reward system and more menu options!
