Inconsistent restaurant that somehow my family just loves. Tonight for example, the pasta all clung together in one gigantic lump and the trash was literally overflowing to the point where it had tipped over onto the floor. Nevertheless, everyone swore the Mac and cheese was the best they’d ever had and that there was something special about the cheese on it. The kids could freely run around the restaurant which had a dull roar and the place was packed.

When did this place become so expensive for what it is? Salad, Mac and cheese meal and a small spaghetti was 36.00. The bathroom was dirty with no toilet paper. The tables were all dirty. I will support a small business in the area next time.

Food here is usually good. Today was a disappointment. When we got the food home my small Tortellini Rosa looked about half empty and there was also no parm crusted chicken (which I added) and that stinks because there is a $3.75 upcharge for the chicken. I would have returned it but I don’t live that close to the restaurant. Next time I will be sure to check the food before I leave the restaurant. Please make sure staff double checks orders before bagging them in the future.

I am normally a big fan of Noodles and Company, but tonight our service was very poor. Arrived about 10 minutes before closing and were told they didn’t have the noodles for the Japanese Pan Noodle so we substituted with Rigatoni. I was ordered the Japanese Pan Noodle with chicken, but didn’t get the chicken. It turns out all 4 of the meals were substituted with Rigatoni. When I checked the receipt at home of course we were charged additional for the rigatoni on all meals even though the reason was because they were out of the standard noodle for the meal. The person preparing the food told us they only had 2 pieces of cheesy garlic bread but the order should have 3 and they were closing soon so did we want it. We were fine with taking only 2 pieces but didn’t expect to get charged more for being out of noodles. The entire staff was more interested in closing the store than waiting on customers.
