I ordered to-go and when I went to pick it up I noticed the drink I ordered wasn’t there, so I asked one of the employees about it. A girl ensured me that my drink was in the bag under the chips, so being that she was confident in such a small task, and the bag was taped shut, I took my food and left. When I got home and broke open the tape, I discovered the EMPTY CUP that she packed…in a to go order. So while I was excited to try one of the new summer drinks, I couldn’t because the brilliant mind packing orders put a cup in a bag and taped it shut. There was barely any chicken meat in my bowl they scoop one scoop and knock more then half back off all that meat in that first scoop should have went on my food and so when I asked for alitte more meat the girl said i will have to charge you extra. There was no customers nor a line so you acted like you were about to run out of meat. Hadn’t been there since they first open now I remember why. Never going back there again. I will definitely stick with my *MOE’S* they give you plenty of food, that makes you want to keep coming back.

Ok. I read the reviews, but I prefer to give the benefit of the doubt. It’s filling. The al pastor has a bit of a kick but pairs well with the sour cream. I like being able to see the food being cooked. The process of picking your food into paying is fast and just moving to the left. I wish there were more topping options. I do have a few negative comments to make. For one, every table is always dirty. Second, it has a unique smell. It’s not the most present to smell while you’re eating. It might be the beans, I’m not sure. I do delivery also, and I’m in this location a lot not just to eat and it’s always the same. Dirty tables dirty drink station.

As with most Chipotle’s nationwide, the quality of their food and service has been progressively getting worse over the last few years. Employees clearly have no pride in their job, at least as much as should be expected at a fast food restaurant. They don’t appear to receive any training whatsoever. The mere act of wrapping a burrito without it bursting with holes seems to be too difficult for the vast majority of them.

Service was exceptional. I didn’t even realize that the tortilla was torn, and the worker announced to me right away that it was torn, and they were going to redo the wrap for me and I was very thankful for that because I didn’t even notice and they were honest about it and fixed it immediately. I always love to order the marinated steak burritos here as well, and I always order two scoops of red hot sauce because I like it spicy!

Two hours before closing there is no food. We are not given any white rice because they apparently reserved it for ONLINE orders only. This is absolutely unacceptable. I could not order food, it was horrendous. The kitchen was disgusting, there was trap music playing, and the cleanliness was below acceptable standard.

I have never in my life talked about how bad food is because, hey, maybe it’s just an off day or something. This made me mad though. I ordered a bowl and the rice tasted like they dumped an entire bottle of salt in it. AN ENTIRE BOTTLE. I couldn’t finish it. When you walk in you are greeted with the absolute most disgusting smell: the trash of all the customers of the day. Food is great I can’t complain. But it smelled so bad I just got it to go. The tables were all dirty except for one of the large high tops in the middle. Workers were playing music and dancing. Like I said, fml I will be back bc the food is just so good. But take the trash out!
