Thank the food wasn’t usually as good but I did get fries that were cold and not tasting normal I told the manager about it over the phone never got any type of Retribution or anything they totally brush it off like no big deal then we had a situation where there were no bags for the kids meals several times you went there never got our tokens for them never got a free ice cream. The food usually is good though when you go there it’s just these occurrences it seems the one manager and their older woman blonde hair doesn’t like to take action and correct problems that come up most of the staff is really nice there so that I prefer to go to the Homer Glen one whether I never any issues for me.
