I’ve tried giving this particular Dunkin Donuts in Campbell multiple opportunities to improve on their customer service but they have failed miserably. Especially the staff at night. Someone needs to hire a manager that can evaluate the staff and fire the ones who don’t know how to deal with customer service properly.

I’ve been going to get coffee everyday for over a year. Recently they’ve been getting the order wrong. Today I waited in line 20 min. I got yelled at for not ordering at the speaker. Keep in mind they had a sign on the speaker that said broke please order at window. The girl at window was so rude. She cracked the window open barely. I gave her my order twice and slid the money thru the tiny opening. Of course I waited 20 min to get the wrong coffee that went in the trash. Please bring back old staff or hire again.

People got to understand at night product is limited because that is when they are making everything getting it prepared for the morning and afternoon and if they prepared extra for the night the night before the food would be too old. But as i became a worker there 4 months ago it made me understand. But there’s no reason to be rude to customers, they don’t know the situation so best thing to do is to be nice to the customers and explain the situation.

When ordering a Signature drink and ask for it to come the way it looks that’s never the case. The workers make it how ever they want and as a customer that’s paying thats shouldn’t be the case. Training is lacking on how to make prepare these beverages how they are supposed to be. If you dont have the items to make the drink you as an employee shouldn’t be making how ever.

The night shift needs fired and needs there pay docked because my girlfriend is literally an employee and they can’t even get her order correct and they constantly try to act as if this franchise is not a 24 hour location and do not answer the phone I will be calling in the morning and I promise my order will be repaid and refunded because this is a constant problem especially when I like 50 seconds away from this location. sausage egg and cheese croissant or flame broiled croissant you tell me

I ordered 2 Breakfast sourdough sandwiches that I did not open until I got home. Unbelievable. The sourdough bread was not toasted or grilled and the bacon was basically non-existent. It looked absolutely nothing like the pic on the menu board. Not sure if the preparer was negligent or simply untrained, but I’m going to call for a refund…for sure. Please try to do better!

I like to stop here on my way to work and sometimes during my lunch break. It’s usually pretty good, but they have been out of croissants multiple different times. The people who work the drive through are always very nice!
