They got my name wrong on the order and had to claim my points manually. Then they overcharged me for the food cause I told them to use the coupon for the order. Pizza did not have extra cheese and pizza was not hott. And the loaded tots were not really loaded barely any cheese and steak on it also. Would like a refund for my order. They accidentally put tomatoes on my order when I requested no tomatoes. So when picking up I was immediately notified and got an apology. Then other team member said they added free lava cakes for the mistake which I love. I paid and sat in car eating my parmesan bites and my chicken and cakes where brought to me. Super Customer Service ! Very satisfied customer ☺️

Probably the best Domino’s I have ever ordered from. We ordered take out for four pizzas right as we left and by the time we got there, the pizzas were ready. The store was very clean and the workers were highly professional! These are the people you want representing Domino’s.

I tried ordering online but that wasn’t possible so I called the first time and was told I had to pay with cash. I didn’t have cash at the moment so they told me I could do a card payment and that they’d transfer me to another coworker to get my card info. I was on hold for about 10 minutes so I just hung up. Called the second time and this time they asked for my order unlike the first time I called, they said the same thing about the card payment and I was on hold for another while so I just hung up. Terrible slow service, I wasn’t even able to place an order. They need to do something about it or they will start to lose business if they haven’t already.

Haven’t been taking online orders or phone orders the past two times we’ve wanted pizza. The last time I successfully ordered I waited over an hour and a half. Not impressed. Casey’s on Burleigh is our Go-To spot now.

I used to work here and I loved it. Sam was a great boss and despite only being a few years apart in age, and him being a younger manager, it was absolutely wonderful. Great place to eat downtown and a great place to work for the people who live here and are in school or want to be in the food industry. I miss them but had to move home and be with my family as some are dealing with different health issues. Although, I definitely would go back if I could.
