Went to the pull in spot to order and get food delivered on yet to eat in car. Food arrived, server said they don’t put the trays on the car windows anymore. Took our food and ate at the outside table. Onion rings were NOT good. When I took a bite it reminded me of a funnel cake at Six Flags. Onion rings should not be sweet. Couldn’t even taste the onions. Bathroom was locked, had to wait for someone to let me in.

I can’t comment on how much I paid for food because no one would answer the drive-thru or stalls so there was no food. lots of angry people including myself. That is really rude you should at least answer and tell people that you’re not taking orders at the moment. I even seen one employee sitting outside on the picnic table. This is the second or third time I’ve had a problem with Sonic but never complained until now. The problem was I ordered a medium onion ring and ended up with a small onion ring compared to what I had bought in the past. I’ve also got an obviously old hamburger meat there before . Shape up Rebecca.

The lady who took our order was great, but the food sucked. Normally Sonic is fantastic, but it seems the standards have slipped a lot at this location. Our burgers were bland (no condiments, even though we asked for everything to be added), the toast was burned and bitter, fries were half full, tots when we asked for fries….just overall bad. No ketchup in the bag, but…they gave us….salsa??

Horrible. 2 red,white blue “slush floats”. No slush just syrup, no ice cream (melted and hardly cold but “made fresh”), teaspoon of strawberries. 2nd try was worse. 6.40 wasted because i was not able to go back and get either a refund or “another try”. Needs escalated and EVERYBODY retrained.

Halloween special was 50 cent corn dogs and I promised some friends kids I’d stop by and get them some. Fast, friendly staff and the kids loved the dogs. I ordered a drink and the only reason this is a 4 star review instead of a 5 star is I asked for half the ice and it was a full cup of ice which I didn’t notice until after I had already driven away.
