I had been calling Hudson Jimmy John’s for days with no answer so I decided to try the Canton location even though it’s a further drive. I spoke with Ginny, trying to place a carry out catering platter. She was incredibly pleasant. She was so kind and repeated everything back to me multiple times to ensure all expectations were clear. Only JJ location I have an issue with and it’s every time. Never fast, and always the wrong orders, or something wrong with my sub. This time there was 7 workers and 5 of us waiting over 7 minutes for our sandwiches. And for JJ that’s terrible….

Ordered 2 sandwiches, was on bread as hard as a brick- got them replaced- same thing- employee said the bread had been sitting out “awhile” and they were out of fresh bread, its in the oven.

I’ve ordered here multiple times through JJ app. My lunch breaks are very brief so I opt for “freaky fast” food delivery options. Time and time again I’m disappointed at the extreme delay in delivery (talking 60+ minutes to get a freaking sandwich). Will not be ordering again.

I have ordered from this store many times using the online ordering system. I did it again today and even though the order was shown as delivered I never received my sandwich. I called the store and they said it was on the way. Now it’s been 3 hours and still no sandwich. Forget this place. Get Jersey Mike’s instead.

Had to feed a starving sales staff on a Saturday and didn’t have much time. Called in and Heather answered the phone quickly and with the sweetest most friendly voice. I placed the large order and she read it back without hesitation. Only moments later the staff was back to work with a full belly and smiles on their faces. Thank you!!!

i was turned off of this brand by going to a different location nearby then one day a fellow employee picked up a tray. it was outstanding. i live literally 2 minutes from the other location but now i come here or order delivery at least once a week. your bread is consistently awesome and one time i even came in 5 minutes before closing and you guys took my order and were courteous. thank you.
