ordered from the papa johns for me and my kids to eat for lunch and dinner and around dinner discovered a beard hair in one of the slices. Nobody in my house has a beard so it’s clear to me this didn’t come from any of us. the person i spoke to on the phone was less than helpful and i was offered a store credit unless i brought the product back to the store. i don’t need your store credit because i don’t plan on eating here again. one thing i don’t mess around with is hair in my food. it’s been 10 years since i’ve had pizza hut. looks like i’m adding papa johns to that list.

They didn’t know what a supreme pizza was called and that’s because they call it the works but how do you work at a pizza place and not know that. They don’t have much common sense. I asked how much a pizza was and they added it to my order. Also you have to pay 29¢ per packet of red pepper flakes. Probably never going to papa johns again. I shouldn’t have to pay for pepper flakes.

Was so shocked to walk in and hear the manager yelling at his staff. “Yall are so stupid and can’t get anything right!” I tried to see his name tag but he walked in the back when he saw my jaw drop. Our pizza was great, so they must be doing something right! Sad that they have to work in such a hostile environment.

I will never go to papajohns ever again.. employees using there bare hands to put toppings on pizza at the same time putting stickers on boxes, cashing out walk-in orders and back to the toppings table. I had to walk out and not place an order after that.. Ohhhh noooo!!!!.. gross!!!

Our food was cold when delivered and we were brought the wrong items. We called and spoke to Sheryl the manager she said if we wanted to exchange or get refund we had to bring items in even though it was delivered and we tipped. She was extremely rude and didn’t allow me to speak. Poor management definitely would not order from here.

Always had a great experience with Papa John’s. Ordered for pick up went to pick it up was there for close to 10 minutes to pick up my pizza and not one person out of the 8 inthe store responded to me. So I finally got tired and said “can I please get my pizza I already paid for it” finally they reacted to me like I was a bother and gave me my pizza. Last time for this papa John store I will not return.

Costumer service here is bad the manger no help at all. My pizza price was different from what I was told on the phone. When I got to the store the manger said I placed the order though the call center They’re located in Philippines sometimes they don’t understand he said. Well fix it than!! I hope it gets better I never have problems before.

Took 1.5hrs to deliver after it was a 45 min delivery. They showed up, pried in front of my house, at an hour and 10 minutes, then just left and came back 20 minutes later. I denied the pizza and didn’t pay. Ridiculous. 40 dollars for an XL drink and dessert. Order from dominoes after they left, and they deliver 10 minutes early and 25 for 2 larges and a 2 liter.
