This is the best Tex-Mex restaurant in Weatherford. The food is fresh and tasty. Service is pretty prompt and friendly. The white cheese sauce is exceptional. Prices are in line with other restaurants in the area. They also offer Guiso if you like.

I go here any time I have a chance when visiting Weatherford. I have NOTHING but nice things to say. From the Hello to the Goodbye… its was all amazing. But THE FOOD… omgosh… just go try it. It’s even worth a road trip!!

The beef was dry, and the enchilada was served on a flour tortilla instead of a corn tortilla for some reason. All of the food was way too salty, especially the salsa and enchiladas, and everything tasted like it wasn’t fresh, but my server was really great.

I believe this was my second visit and I remember not being very fond of it the first go round but this time I was pleasantly surprised. Apart from being busy and kinda loud the food was very good and service was quick and consistent. I’ll be going back at some point.

Family of 4 traveling back to TX after a visit to Frontier City in OKC. We were exhausted and just wanted solid food. We walked in, we were immediately sat at a table. The waitress came to the table within a minute of us arriving. She was extremely prompt with drinks and was right back to take our order. She offered flour tortillas (the best we’ve ever had). They offer salsa and queso with the chips. The queso blanco was our favorite . Our food came out extremely quick and everything tasted fantastic and was hot and fresh!! We were in the restaurant less than 45 minutes and have a slow eating child. We will definitely be back.

Update 2021: I would give them 10 stars if I could. Their foods are ALWAYS fresh and absolutely delicious. I love the new website and the option to order online. Their customer service is also incredible! I have never had a bad experience with Pecina’s. They made my oder wrong 1 time, I called and they made me a whole new order + delivered it to my house in less than 20 mins. Pecina’s is definitely one of my most favorite restaurant in town!

We had a group gathering for lunch and I recommended Pecina’s as Mrs. Flip Out and I had enjoyed it once before. Pecina’s did not disappoint! Our server was prompt and attentive. Everyone enjoyed their food and agreed that the white queso was the best. Our server also brought us their habanero salsa and the spicy salsa. Both were fantastic and each had a good kick. I had a fajita beef chimichanga with the white queso as the sauce. It came with a side of charro beans and rice. Their charro beans were delicious and the chimichanga was great. Mrs. Flip Out had a fajita chicken quesadilla that came with sour cream, guacamole, and pico de Gallo. She said it was delicious as well. Mrs. Flip Out also tried their horchata and really enjoyed it.

Started out with queso, salsa, chips, and tortillas. Ordered chicken fajitas (well done), steak fajitas. Both included a sugar-and- cinnamon-coated sopapilla to finish off. Delicious! Was sizzling when it came out and included all of the appropriate fixings (guacamole, sour cream, pico de Gallo, cheese, and tortillas). Service was positive and fast.
