Gosh!! I heard about this place a couple of weeks ago and decided to try it out earlier this week, but here I am, back at it again! The food brought me in but the people brought me back! This restaurant is clean, the food is fresh and the vibes are immaculate. JD and Ren have incredible service skills and have made me a regular customer in the future. They recommended a drink blend of the fresh juices made in house here and WOW!! Loved it! Looking forward to my future visits and trying more food on this menu! Keep those great vibes!

Ordered the Harrisa Avacado bowl. This bowl packed a nice little punch and such a huge serving for the price! Filled with greens, rice, chicken corn, and more, this bowl did not disappoint! I was full halfway through the bowl but definitely something I will eat later – yum!

I walked in and was immediately greeted in, making me feel very welcome. Everything looked fresh and cleanly, they have many options to choose from on their menu! I was helped by a employee named “Madeylnn” she was very sweet and helpful and guided me through the process of getting my bowl made. For the portion of food the prices are a comfortable range, especially worth it for the good quality food. I got the “Greek Salad” everything was fantastic and very flavourful. The hummus brings it all together, go to lunch spot. Definitely coming again!!!

Cava is always a hit! I always dine in and their service is usually super quick and the bowls are loaded so I tend to have leftovers. They also have a point system for rewards which is great. The food is just amazing. I love to switch things up every time I go.

Mom and I went to this location after an important doctor’s appointment and it was PHENOMENAL. Jaleesa (spelling?) was so friendly, they all were at this location. The food was freshly made. Everything was clean and orderly despite the long line. Compared to the Cypress location… there is NO comparison! Cypress location’s management needs to set up their game 100%. I hope this Vintage location keeps up the good work, I was very impressed with the quality, the service, the cleanliness. Thank you!

I’ll start with the positives – I’m a CAVA fan who has visited stores in different states/cities and I always appreciate their fresh, tasty, healthy, affordable and well-portioned meals, so I enjoyed my food. The service was great and the store + surrounding areas were clean and quiet. However, I’ve had better CAVA before – the chicken here was too salty, the rice was dry, my pita bread wasn’t toasted well and the food was overall not as fresh. Maybe I went on one of their bad days so I still recommend you go ahead and get some CAVA especially if you’ve never had it before! Way better than Chipotle! lol 😉 and get a drink too!
