This was a pleasant surprise! Noticed the restaurant when we got off the interstate and decided to try it out. Glad we did. Though it looked like chicken was their mainstay, we ordered burgers and fries. I will definitely go again when I see another Jack’s.

First time eating at a Jack’s. To the employee who took our order 45 was fantastic. Convinced us to return and not eat anywhere else. Menu and food was fantastic. Thank you. @@@Signed up for the Jack’s App and was offered a coupon for a free Jack Burger. Counter help says it was invalid and refused to honor. Called the manager hung up. Won’t be back@@@Went back a spoke with the a manager and the wonderful lady who we originally dealt with was there. They offered a free sandwich but refused and purchased our meals. Just won’t eat dinner there

Customer awareness at counter seems to be low priority. More interested in yakking with other employees. Got waited on the other day by young kid struggling to fill my order because he was trying to hold his pants up with 1 hand! I WILL say that they have best fried chicken in Tuscaloosa!! That’s why I continue to go back.

It doesn’t matter what day or time you go or what you order, its going to be wrong. Not just a little wrong, completely wrong. Literally every time. Half your order will be missing. If you ask them to leave something off your burger, its going to be on there, and if you pay to add something, it won’t be. Don’t bother asking for any sauce. I honestly don’t think I’ve EVER had a decent experience here.

The manager was horrible unprofessional . Came in for an interview, manager looked at me from the office and said he would be out to interview me. I waited 30 minutes as I saw him walk around the store, while continuously still staring at me. Looked at me some more and then he sent out an employee that was just fixing food to ask basic questions and said that they will call me back and they didn’t. It was a complete waste of my gas an outfit as I felt I was also overdressed for the job. Too classy.

Very poor slow service. Waited 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich combo. Then had to tell them I hadn’t gotten my order. Finally after 25 minutes I got my food. The best part is the manager didn’t apologize for the wait or even care. Terrible customer service. Last trip to this poorly run Jack’s.

We were visiting from Georgia and on our way back home. We originally went through the drive thru and ordered. The staff was very rude. We drove off and soon discovered the order was wrong and missing sauce. We turned around and went back. Upon entering the inside, the restaurant looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The staff seemed to be arguing, and when asked for service, they rolled their eyes and quickly answered. They claimed to be out of almost everything and did not seem willing to give alternatives. I will never return to this location again.
