The food was good but I’ve never been at a Taco Bell where I literally waited 25 minutes to get my order and they weren’t even busy. There were six workers and only two were dealing with the food. One worker was wrapping the food that the other one was making.

We just spent $70 dollars!!! The food was AWFUL. $30 dollars was spent on 6 dipping tacos that were so terrible we couldn’t eat them. All the tacos were disgusting. What a joke. Frito burrito, soggy and disgusting.

I love Taco Bell… BUT: this location has been having serious problems during the last few months, like being CLOSED during posted/supposed operating hours! If they are actually open, the food is good and the service is good but I have tried to get food for breakfast and even lunch only to find the doors locked – very frustrating – and if it had only happened once I would be understanding but more often than not: I have to go elsewhere because the doors are locked!

Absolutely terrible here. Used to be great but slowly its gotten worse. Took me nearly 30-45 minutes to get our food, and today it took me nearly 15-20 just for a taco.

Been to this Taco Bell my whole life and it has been getting so much worse recently, If you are even lucky enough to get all the food you ordered. Service is awful compared to other restaurants. And good luck getting on the phone with anyone should you have a problem (which you will). Whatever they did with staffing screwed the place up and now they have junkies making the food that goes in our children’s mouths. I’m done with this nonsense until stuff gets fixed.

Could of workers just walking around. Only two other people waiting for food so a total of three people waiting and was looking at the cook line and it took like 4 min to make ONE burrito! Door dash guy took off for waiting too long. It shouldn’t take this long for “fast” food. Mind you they wear gloves but touch their hats and belts adjusting their pants. Prob will never go here again do you lack of customer service/appreciation

I have a ram3500 with a 40 ft equipment trailer on and we have a crew of 4 guys that want burritos we tried to walk in the lobby and the doors are locked during open hours we tried to walk thru the drive through and they won’t take my order without sitting in a car . So I guess I should try to drive my truck trailer and excavator thru the drive through and rip out all the landscaping so I can fit .

Waited 45 minutes (not even joking) with only one person in front of us, when we got to the window they handed us the wrong order. (After another 10 minute wait of them not coming to the window and just talking) we didn’t even give it back because at that point we were just hungry and tired. Train your staff better.I am never the person to complain because I know customer service people have it hard, but my goodness it’s FAST food for a reason for 30$ we could have gone to Mazetlan and be home by then.
